Metro Atlanta is well represented on Newsweek’s 2010 “Top Schools” list. Each year, the magazine selects the best high schools in America based on how hard a school works to challenge students with advanced-placement college-level courses and tests. This year only about 6% of all the public schools in the US- just over 1600, made the list.

Agreed- regardless of whether you have school-aged children, quality schools are important for resale and price appreciation.
